The Challenge
Incident IQ's product and design teams knew AI mattered. They'd seen demos, read articles, and experimented on their own. But adoption was uneven—some people used AI tools daily, others hadn't found their footing.
The team didn't need generic AI training. They needed to learn how AI fit their specific workflows, their product development process, their users.
What We Delivered

A three-day intensive bootcamp tailored to Incident IQ's K-12 technology platform:
Day one: Foundations. How LLMs actually work, what they're good at, where they fail. Not theory for theory's sake—practical understanding that shapes better prompting and realistic expectations.
Day two: Applied skills. Prompt engineering, custom GPT creation, and AI-assisted research and design. Hands-on exercises using Incident IQ's actual product challenges.
Day three: Integration. How AI fits into the product development lifecycle—from discovery through testing. Creating tangible assets: prompts, workflows, and templates the team would use the next week.
The Result

Participants left with more than knowledge. They left with:
- 65 reusable prompts tailored to their work
- A clear map of where AI fits across research, design, build, and test phases
- Confidence that comes from practice, not just exposure
The 50% improvement in self-reported AI comfort translated to actual usage. Teams started shipping AI-assisted features within weeks.
